Good prices and discounts. However, the lines are very big at some hours, especially around 8pm. Clean and nice. Very convenient for most items other than alcohol, as they do not sell other than pharmaceutical.

Terrible service... yesterday I went to the pharmacy area and one of the girls told us what we were going to bring, we showed her the medication and she told us "just that? Why don't I go around" and I asked for a cream ( I didn't know if it was in the pharmacy area or not) and he just turned around and if he brought us the 2 things, he charged us but without saying a word to us. By bad luck my brother came back because he forgot something that wasn't in the recipe and ufff the lady got super angry... super bad customer treatment... if we like to work on that then go out and get another one... .and then I went back for 2 packages of wet wipes and I told the other lady if she could charge me for them there or at the cashier and she just said "hey" so I approached and my one-year-old son got loose from me and ran away. He went to the shelves and threw 2 things and Miss Voltio made a face at him and told me "I'll give you that, ma'am, and to take care of your son" but very reluctantly, my baby obviously doesn't know yet, I wasn't going to leave. And if I had broken something I would have paid for it, but he still didn't charge me or take a step outside... no, super rude, I won't come back, no.

7 people and no one attends the cashier for 20 minutes waiting for someone to charge me for the product and no one ever came, I better leave and I did not make the purchase

Terrible service... the employees are rude and it seems that they see you as inferior or bother them to attend to you, apart from the fact that they lack many medications and it takes a long time to attend to you; the photography area is worse.. they never have paper and when they do, they give you blurry and badly cut photos, bad in every way in the store, in general I like Farmacias Guadalajara but this one in particular is horrible with the workers and that it ruins your experience as a customer, I will not return to this branch, nor do I recommend it in the slightest

All very well for buying groceries, however when you get to the pharmacy it is another story. You almost always have to wait a long time to be served. Even when there are staff who are arranging material, sheets or whatever, it takes a long time since, from my point of view, they give greater importance to daily tasks than to customer service and motivating sales.
